Position SummaryΒ
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Analyst to support our Loyalty & Retention Marketing team. In this role, you will help coordinate and execute loyalty campaigns, manage campaign logistics, and ensure smooth communication across teams. Youβll play a key part in maintaining the quality and consistency of our loyalty program communications and supporting the broader marketing team in delivering a seamless customer experience.Β
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 2β3 years of marketing experience who is eager to grow their skills in loyalty, CRM, and campaign operations.Β

Key ResponsibilitiesΒ
Coordinate campaign timelines, deliverables, and execution across teams.Β
Keep stakeholders informed of campaign updates, changes, and key details.Β
Monitor loyalty customer communications (e.g., emails, push notifications, SMS) for bugs, errors, and opportunities for improvement.Β
Support the planning and execution of loyalty campaigns across marketing channels.Β
Assist with campaign reporting and performance tracking.Β
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including creative, analytics, and customer experience.Β
Perform other duties as assigned to support loyalty and retention initiatives.Β

QualificationsΒ
2β3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in CRM, loyalty, or campaign coordination.Β
Bachelor's degree in marketing, digital marketing, communications, or a related field.Β
Experience in email marketing and developing segmented audience strategies.Β
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.Β
Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.Β
A collaborative mindset and willingness to learn.Β
Passion for customer-centric marketing and a deep understanding of the consumer journey.Β
Experience with loyalty or membership programs is a plus.Β
