Summary
The Marketing Analyst - Brand Strategy plays a key role in driving data-informed decisions that enhance brand performance and strategy. This Teammate will focus on analyzing market trends, consumer behavior, and campaign performance to provide actionable insights. The Teammate in this role will be detail-oriented, highly analytical, and passionate about combining data and creativity to elevate the Buckle brand success while contributing research, analysis, and insight to the development of Buckleβs brand strategy.
Beyond the marketing organization, the Marketing Analyst β Brand Strategy will partner with merchandising and other stakeholders to best understand and represent our business and merchandising strategy including specific brands, top categories, key items, trend and outfitting stories, and broader editorial brand narratives that reflect and build the Buckle brand and grow our market share.Β
