 A day in the life: 

As the Material Master Data Specialist, you will be responsible for the creation, maintenance and accuracy of data fundamental to business processes which touch, influence and drive critical business structures. This role requires a high degree of collaboration with Business Process Key Users, system users, and global teams to execute data-related processes that support operations, product launches, and continuous improvement efforts. Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across systems while contributing to process enhancements and aligning master data structures globally.

The impact you'll make:

• Collect, validate, and process data creation / change requests (tickets) for creating and maintaining Master Data records
• Seek a high degree of accuracy and efficiency with master data requests, process requests in accordance with current master data governance standards and processes
• Proactively share suggestions for process improvement and effective enhancements in support of enhanced efficiency and data accuracy; Identify and escalate any trends and patterns with data requests or integrity
• Support ad hoc efforts to mass create or change master data in support of new product launches, business process changes, or other project work
• Process mass changes utilizing master data procedures; Help to identify data cleansing opportunities and take initiative to correct data quality problems
• Balance the incoming queue of new requests with unplanned needs to support Project and launch deadlines
• Run requested data quality and data analysis requests or reports in support of collaborating departments as necessary
• Participate in testing and development of new tools and reports in support of data quality and data import/export processes
• Ensure adherence to current master data standards, processes, and guidelines; Act as the primary gatekeeper for Material Master Data (MMD), including creation and maintenance, ensuring data consistency across global systems.
• Efficiently manage and complete special projects and assignments within established deadlines. Ensure all deliverables mee the highest quality standards and project objectives.

 Who you are:

• Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of -- Data Management, Data Analysis or related field of study
• Additional Experience Desired: Between 1-3 years of experience in data analysis or data management
• Additional Experience Desired: Minimum 1 year of experience in data analysis, data profiling, data validation, root cause analysis, and quality improvement.
• Computer Skills Desired: Microsoft Office (proficient in Excel), SAP or other database systems

Monster Energy provides a competitive total compensation. This position has an estimated annual rate $60,000 -  $80,000. The actual pay may vary depending on your skills, qualifications, experience, and work location.
