As a participant in the Management Trainee Program, you will be joined by other trainees in a year-long program which includes group and on-the-job training, workshops, and project teams that will provide insight into the different business areas within the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board.

You will receive individualized training and practical work assignments from different rotational supervisors during the program year. These rotations will occur in multiple work settings and give you exposure to a broad variety of issues and activities.Β
During these rotations, you will collaborate with experienced professionals while developing practical skills in creating and evaluating marketing initiatives. Additionally, you will learn and assist with evaluating the effectiveness of promotions and campaigns, supporting the development of point-of-sale signage and other promotional and educational materials, creating website content, supporting digital marketing efforts, applying brand standards to store layouts, reviewing planograms and supporting merchandising initiatives, and more. Upon successful completion of the Management Trainee Program, you will be promoted to a permanent Marketing Analyst.
