Job Title: Product Data Specialist
Location: Houston, Texas, Hybrid
Job Type: Full-time, salaried

Job Summary

RectorSeal seeks a Product Data Specialist to manage and optimize product information across systems and platforms. Your work will directly impact eCommerce performance, product launches, and customer experience by ensuring data is accurate, complete, and well-structured.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain item master data and resolve issues
• Manage product attributes in the PIM system
• Create/manage part numbers in JD Edwards
• Support product launches and discontinuations
• Collaborate with teams to improve data quality
• Deliver product data to top-tier customers

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Marketing, Business, or related field
• 1+ year experience in product data, eCommerce, or similar applications
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with JD Edwards, Akeneo, PowerBI

Competencies/Skills:

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication across teams
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment
