Job Summary
The Production Entry Data Specialist is responsible for issuing material and ingredients to production lines and recording production output.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Input data into computerized data system quickly, accurately and efficiently to meet required cut off times and deadlines
- Reviewing data for deficiencies, reporting and resolving discrepancies by using standard procedures and/or reports
- Maintains operations by following policies and procedures; reporting changes as needed
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Other duties and responsibilities related to the nature of the job may be assigned on a temporary or permanent basis as needed
- Regular and predictable attendance, the ability to safely perform tasks, and adherence to all safety policies and procedures are essential functions of the job
Education and Experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Prior experience working in food manufacturing, preferred
Skills and Abilities
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work overtime when required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment to meet required deadlines
- Ability to communicate in English effectively and conduct yourself professionally, with excellent written and verbal communications
- Computer experience and fast accuracy in data entry
