Weβre looking for a Quality Data Specialist who is passionate about data integrity and continuous improvement. In this role, youβll manage and optimize quality data systems, ensuring accurate reporting and analysis that drive informed decisions. Youβll collaborate across teams to maintain product data, uphold ISO compliance, and support a culture of quality and innovation.

Manage and enhance local database systems, including updates, new functionality, and performance improvements.
Maintain accurate product data (e.g., BOMs, routings, work centers) to support production and quality processes.
Analyze and interpret data to create actionable insights for stakeholders.
Integrate data from multiple sources to ensure consistency and reliability.
Prepare clear reports and presentations that inform decision-making.
Ensure compliance with ISO and QA document control standards.
Develop and maintain quality documentation, including packaging instructions and inspection reports.
Apply statistical methods to monitor and improve process performance.
Lead and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization projects.
Support production trials by analyzing trial data and validating process changes.
Assist with audits and calibration scheduling to maintain quality standards.
Promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement across the plant.
College or University degree required;Β
Quality Assurance Certificate or equivalent experience is an asset
Strong digital literacy and understanding of database systems and network technology.
Knowledge of Process Capability, Statistical Process Control, and ISO standards.
Advanced proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel), Power BI, and data analytics.
Familiarity with SAP is a strong asset
Experience with MRP systems; familiarity with Intelex and SharePoint is a plus.
Proven track record in process improvement and problem-solving.
Keen attention to detail and organizational skills

Working Conditions
This role is primarily office-based with occasional exposure to a manufacturing environment, which may involve noise, moving machinery, and minimal chemical hazards. Proper personal protective equipment (PPE) such as safety eyewear, hearing protection, and safety shoes will be required when entering production areas. The position involves long periods of sitting, changing priorities, and occasional travel to other locations for training or information sharing.
