MAJOR FUNCTION:
Under the general direction of the VP Quality and Patient Safety, the Quality & Patient Safety Coordinator: Data Specialist, promotes and contributes to the quality of care administered to patients at Inspira Health. ย Specializing in current concepts of performance improvement, demonstrating experience in regulatory agency requirements, criteria development, and data analysis techniques and applications. Responsible for the collection and analysis of Quality and Patient Safety data while performing the roles of expert data analyst, educator, and researcher based on focal priorities. Identifies trends and quality improvement opportunities. Works independently providing leadership with the most up to date and accurate information needed to complete Quality and Performance improvement activities.ย
