In this position...Β 

The Recall Business Analyst reports directly to the Business Operations Manager. The Recall Business Analyst is responsible for accounting and purchasing for the Recall team and will act as the liaison between Renkim and Ford IT for the SSSC website. The Recall Business Analyst will coordinate the Field Service Action Summary report, enhancements to the 14D Recall development system and transition both to the new GRID system. The Recall Business Analyst will also coordinate the yearly GIS1 record retention compliance, MCRP review, SCRP review, GRC review and other departmental records activities.Β 



Responsibilities

What you'll do...

  • Create new Purchase Orders using Ford Ariba system, track and follow urgent Purchase Orders through Accounting/Approval/Buyer process

  • Monthly Accounting Summary for Ford accounting; Monthly Summary for Ford Recall team to track expenses; Pay supplier invoices using Ariba; resolve Accounting issues

  • Coordinate quarterly spending for department and budget recommendations

  • Coordinate and prioritize enhancements to the electronic 14D document and the FAQ helpful hints section.

  • Coordinate annual record retention requirements for the R&SP department

  • Coordinate development and maintenance for the R&SP Business Continuity Plan

  • Provide support as the R&SP Activity Quality System Coordinator

  • Support Record Retention efforts by maintaining Recall record retention matrix and GCAMP data retention including reviewing and communicating Suspension Orders.

  • Develop and distribute North American Field Service Action Summary based on monthly FRC info

  • Liaison between Ford IT and Renkim programming developers by updating Tech07/Programming Flowchart, working with Ford IT Systems architect and guiding through the Ford RtP process for final approval; Lead bi-weekly Renkim/Ford SSSC IT issues meeting and resolve concerns and β€œemergency” issues; Spearhead system improvements to make SSSC system more user friendly to Ford Dealers and system users



Qualifications

You'll have...

Minimum

  • Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.Β Β 

  • Self-Starter, Ambitious, proficient in Time Management, Managing Budgets and POs.Β 

  • Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years experience in automotive field.

This position is a range of salary grades 6-8 and ranges from $74,300-$144,900
Β 

Final determination of salary grade will be based on candidate's skills and experience, and base salary will be set within the applicable range according to job scope, responsibility and competitive market value.
