This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Business Analyst - REMOTE. In this role, you will be instrumental in leading strategic digital initiatives that significantly enhance processes, drive overall productivity, and yield measurable business value across the organization. Your ability to navigate a fast-paced environment while collaborating with senior leadership will ensure that innovative ideas are transformed into tangible outcomes. As the primary owner of the end-to-end lifecycle for internal digital projects, you will align these initiatives with financial targets and organizational priorities, contributing to the growth and efficiency of the company.
Accountabilities
- Lead multiple high-impact projects simultaneously.
- Build and defend business cases tied to Annual Operating Plan outcomes.
- Drive alignment across business units, regions, and P&L leaders.
- Operate within structured governance frameworks and present regularly to executives.
- Organize and run projects in accordance with TMO standard operating procedure.
- Create comprehensive project artifacts including charters, workplans, and scorecards.
- Generate hypotheses for potential projects, test them rapidly, and scale successful initiatives.
- Establish governance and prepare gating artifacts for the project team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Experience in SAP is essential.
- Preferably have experience in process improvement and productivity initiatives.
- Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to break down complex problems.
- Excellent organizational skills with a capacity for time stewardship.
- Ability to articulate roles and responsibilities effectively.
- Mental agility to adapt to changing situations quickly.
