The Senior Business Analyst will work alongside Business Leaders, Project Managers, and leading Implementation Partners to frame business problems, analyze different alternatives and propose functional solutions.

What do you need to be successful?

 

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS: A university degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration or in another related discipline and a minimum of five (5) years of related experience with guiding businesses in improving processes OR a two (2) year College Diploma in a related discipline with a minimum of seven (7) years related experience with exposure to analysis of organizations or business domain and documentation of their business, processes and supporting systems.

Subject to the response to this competition, an equivalent combination of training and experience may be considered, or the required years of experience may be increased.

 

Some positions require written and spoken competence in French and English.  Others will require written and spoken competence in English only.  Please state your language capability.

What qualifications can set you apart from other candidates?

 

ASSET QUALIFICATIONS: Preference may be given to candidates who demonstrate they have training or experience in one or more of the following areas:

· Certification as Salesforce Administrator, Sales and/or Service Cloud Consultant and thorough understanding of the Salesforce platform, its architecture and modules    (such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud & Community Cloud)

· Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP) or Project Management (PMP)

· Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (such as Scrumworks, Jira, TFS, Azure DevOps) 

· Experience with Salesforce Health Cloud and other cloud technologies and digital platforms.

· Experience with Salesforce Translation Workbench and multi-lingual implementations.

· Experience with Salesforce Platform report development.

· Experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)

· Knowledge of public sector processes and service delivery models.

OPERATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: 

 

  • On occasion, some travel throughout the province may be required. 
  • Some weekday evenings and/or weekend work hours may be required.
  • Candidates will be required to undergo Criminal History Clearance prior to appointment.
