Business & Process Analysis
ā¢Ā Ā Ā Gathers, documents, and validates business requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and data analysis
ā¢Ā Ā Ā Maps current-state and future-state processes to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities
⢠  Develops business cases, workflows, use cases, and functional specifications

Ā Data & Reporting
ā¢Ā Ā Ā Ā Analyzes operational and financial data to support decision-making and performance improvement
ā¢Ā Ā Ā Ā Creates dashboards, reports, and KPI tracking tools to monitor project outcomes
ā¢Ā Ā Ā Ā Translates complex data into actionable insights for leadership

Project & Stakeholder Support
ā¢Ā Ā Ā Ā Serves as liaison between business users, technical teams, and leadership
ā¢Ā Ā Ā Ā Supports project planning, testing, implementation, and change management activities
ā¢Ā Ā Ā Ā Facilitates requirement reviews, solution validations, and user acceptance testing (UAT)

Supervisory Responsibilities:
Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Education:
ā¢Ā Ā Ā Ā High school diploma (or equivalent), required
ā¢Ā Ā Ā Ā Bachelorās degree in Business, Information Systems, Finance, Operations, preferred
Ā

Experience:
ā¢Ā Ā Ā Ā Two (2) to five (5) years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, or project support, required
ā¢Ā Ā Ā Ā Demonstrated experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management, required
ā¢Ā Ā Ā Ā Experience in consulting, government services, healthcare, or other compliance-driven environments, preferred
ā¢Ā Ā Ā Ā Familiarity with project management methodologies, knowledge of process improvement frameworks (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, BPM), preferred
Certifications/Licensure:
ā¢Ā Ā Ā Ā Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or equivalent certification, preferred
ā¢Ā Ā Ā Ā Project Management Professional (PMP), preferred

Individual salaries that are offered to a candidate are determined after consideration of numerous factors including but not limited to the candidateās qualifications, experience, skills, and geography.
Hawaii Range: $90,000 - $110,000
