Primary Duties and Responsibilities
路 Lead the migration of legacy reporting platforms (e.g., Cognos, Tableau, SSRS) to Power BI, ensuring continuity, accuracy, and performance.
路 Design and implement robust semantic models and data sets to support self-service analytics and standardized reporting across clinical, operational, and financial domains.
路 Establish and enforce Power BI governance standards, including workspace architecture, data security, and lifecycle management.
路 Partner with data architecture and engineering teams to ensure optimized data pipelines and integration with enterprise data warehouses or data lakes.
路 Collaborate with clinical, actuarial, and operational stakeholders to define KPIs, reporting requirements, and data visualization strategies.
路 Mentor junior analysts, promoting best practices in DAX, Power Query, and data modeling.
路 Monitor and optimize Power BI performance, including dataset refresh schedules, query tuning, and report responsiveness.
路 Support change management and user adoption through training, documentation, andstakeholder engagement.
