You will utilize a range of tools, technologies, applications, and best practices to collect, integrate, analyze, and present raw data from systems such as CRM, AVAYA, NICE QC, Nexidia, and WFM. Your work will enable the creation of actionable business information and help shape departmental strategies. You will make decisions regarding technical approaches for project components and manage requirements for customer service, government reporting, and operational reporting, including non-clinical quality control. You will report to an Associate Director of Business Intelligence.

Key Accountabilities -

  • Conducts detailed trend analysis using data from multiple sources and builds operational dashboards in Tableau and other BI tools. Provides critical insights and visualizations to senior leaders, helping inform decisions around business processes and practices.

  • Executes ad hoc data queries to address immediate business needs, delivering clear, actionable insights to support business operations.

  • Develops and maintains reporting for contact center operations, including the creation and submission of government-required reports, ensuring compliance and accuracy.

Required Qualifications

  • Our Department of Defense Contract requires U.S. citizenship for this position

  • Successfully receive interim approval for government security clearance (NBIS - National Background Investigation Service)

  • HGB is not authorized to do work in Puerto Rico per our government contract. We are not able to hire candidates that are currently living in Puerto Rico.

  • Bachelor's degree

  • 3 years experience with SQL including ability to build queries from scratch, join disparate data sets together, and how to optimize code

  • 3 years of experience building and publishing end user facing dashboards with data visualization tools such as Tableau and/or Power BI

  • 3 years of data analysis experience to solve business problems

  • 3 years of experience working with large complex data sets within large organizations

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficiency in understanding Healthcare related data

Work at Home Requirements

To ensure Hybrid Office/Home associates' ability to work effectively, the self-provided internet service of Hybrid Office/Home associates must meet the following criteria:

  • At minimum, a download speed of 25 Mbps and an upload speed of 10 Mbps is recommended; wireless, wired cable or DSL connection is suggested

  • Satellite, cellular and microwave connection can be used only if approved by leadership

  • Associates who live and work from Home in the state of California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota will be provided a bi-weekly payment for their internet expense.

  • Humana will provide Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates with telephone equipment appropriate to meet the business requirements for their position/job.

  • Work from a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information

Travel: While this is a remote position, occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings may be required.

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
