About the Role

ZoomInfo is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join our Company Data team. In this high-impact role, you’ll lead multi-quarter initiatives that bridge immediate data quality needs with long-term pipeline capabilities. You’ll combine advanced analytical skills with deep expertise in company data systems to deliver transformational improvements that directly impact customer experience and competitive positioning.

As a trusted advisor to Product, Engineering, Data Acquisition, and Data Leadership teams, you will drive innovation that powers our customers’ modernized GTM workflows.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead 2-4 major cross-functional projects (1 quarter–1 year) to improve company data quality, coverage, and strategic impact
  • Own the location verification project end-to-end, delivering measurable gains in address accuracy, international coverage, and industry-specific quality
  • Solve complex challenges such as collecting structured data from directories, handling language/encoding issues, and filtering irrelevant addresses using analysis, manual research, and creative problem-solving
  • Establish repeatable frameworks for testing, validation, and problem-solving, combining technical analysis with hands-on observation
  • Build trusted partnerships across Data Acquisition, Shared Services, Product, and Engineering to co-develop solutions and assess feasibility
  • Create standardized project scoping, testing, and validation methodologies that balance analytical rigor with practical implementation
  • Translate immediate data quality insights into long-term pipeline improvements, ensuring learnings from current initiatives inform the company data pipeline and other downstream capabilities
  • Produce clear, reusable documentation of project approaches, logic, and lessons learned to ensure institutional knowledge continuity
  • Transition mature projects smoothly to pipeline teams for long-term maintenance and optimization
  • Lead multi-quarter programs that provide measurable competitive advantage and long-term pipeline improvements

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Math, Physics, Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field; 5+ years in data analytics (advanced degree preferred)Β 
  • Proven track record leading complex, multi-quarter, cross-functional data projects
  • Advanced programming skills for analysis (Python, R, SQL) and strong statistical modeling capabilities
  • Experience with company data, web data acquisition, or data quality initiatives
  • Strong problem-solving skills, project management, and stakeholder coordination abilities
  • Excellent communication skillsβ€”ability to translate technical findings into compelling narratives
  • Demonstrated ownership mentality, with ability to work independently on multiple complex initiatives
  • Knowledge of web data acquisition, HTML/DOM structures, or directory/data extraction systems is a plus
  • Experience creating data visualizations and presenting technical findings to executive stakeholders
