Senior Financial Analyst

Job Summary:

Reporting to the Senior Director of FP&A, Invited is hiring a Senior Financial Analyst role.  This will be a Dallas  Fort Worth based hybrid role with two days in our Las Colinas office.

Day-to-Day:

• Ensures timely and accurate operational performance reporting of actual results with variance analysis vs. forecast, budget, and prior year and presents results to organizational leaders.
• Liaises with key stakeholders and senior leadership to review results and determine key drivers of variances and how they impact our go-forward performance.
• Develops and maintains monthly reporting including commentary of actual and forecast information to be used in departmental reporting packages and for discussion of financial results with senior management.
• Manages excel models for forecasting and analysis/decision support.
• Loads and consolidates budget and forecast data in Hyperion Planning.
• Drives and supports in the budget and planning process.
• Identifies and drives process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, models, and dashboards.
• Provides analytical support on particular projects and business cases to enhance the financial decision-making process.

About You: 

• 3-5 years of experience in a financial analyst or similar role
• Bachelor's degree in finance/accounting or equivalent experience
• CPA / MBA or other financial certifications preferred
• Knowledge of financial principles and practices
• Highly proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
• Experience with Smart View / Hyperion Planning a plus
• Highly motivated and results-driven
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and manage deadlines
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present financial information to various levels within the organization
