About the Opportunity:

• Drive strategic financial support across Sales, Marketing, Manufacturing, and Distribution.

• Play a key leadership role in CAPEX budgeting, ROI analysis, pricing strategies, manufacturing cost analysis ("War Room" support), and monthly financial reporting.

• Lead budget preparation and spearhead continuous financial planning improvements.

• Collaborate closely with executive leadership, while operating independently and proactively.

What You Bring:

• Bachelor's degree required; 5+ years of progressive FP&A experience (manufacturing environment preferred).

• Exceptional Excel and IT skills; experience with enterprise accounting systems like Infor Adage and Prophix is a plus.

• Strategic, action-oriented mindset with sharp communication, organizational, and planning skills.
