Job SummaryΒ 

Grande is now hiring for our brand-new, state-of-the-art facility located in Chilton, WI; an exciting opportunity to be part of building something from the ground up! As the Senior Financial Analyst, you will provide financial leadership and analytical support at our Grande facilities in Chilton and Lomira, WI. This critical role operates with minimal supervision and is responsible for the preparation, coordination, and documentation of complex financial analyses and strategic business initiatives. The Senior Financial Analyst will support financial planning, forecasting, and reporting activities, providing actionable insights through advanced modeling and trend analysis. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the monthly close and reporting process, supporting annual budget planning, and identifying cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.
  • Serving as a financial partner to functional and operational leaders, offering guidance based on data-driven analysis and business acumen.
  • Mentoring junior analysts, administering financial systems, enhancing reporting tools (e.g., BI dashboards), and driving continuous improvement across planning, accounting, and operational workflows.

What you need to be considered for the role:Β 

  • 4 Year / Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accounting or other related field required. An equivalent level of education and experience may be considered.
  • 5 or more years related experience required.
  • Ability to work with ambiguity and manage self with high level of independence.
  • Advanced PC skills including Windows and the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Advanced understanding of financial analysis and accounting policies, procedures, programs and processes.
  • Ability to apply advanced mathematical and common economic concepts in a financial setting; including the ability to apply statistical techniques as required, such as frequency distribution, analysis of variance, correlation techniques, sampling theory, and factor analysis.
  • This role requires the ability and willingness to travel approximately 20% of the time to support our Distribution Center located in Lomira, WI.

Preferred:

  • CPA/CMA certifications are a plus.
