About the Role:

The Sr. Financial Analyst, FP&A reports to the Senior Finance Manager, FP&A to support the Finance team in a variety of corporate finance initiatives solving critical finance, strategy, and operations-related problems across the organization. This role offers a unique ability to work across teams to see how a fast-growing business operates and is a great platform to learn how to operationalize change at scale. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, has a strong attention to detail, and can multi-task in a results-oriented environment.

This is a highly visible role that interacts regularly with executive management. You must be comfortable working under deadlines and cross-collaborating. You will be involved in various initiatives centered around short and long-term financial planning, capital budgeting, and creating materials to present key operational and financial metrics to the Leadership Team and Board of Directors.

A Day in the Life:

  • Drive the monthly forecasting and annual budgeting processes by partnering with business leaders across the organization to gather inputs, track performance, and deliver accurate and timely financial plans

  • Own and manage the company's planning platform, ensuring data integrity, availability, and accuracy for financial reporting and analysis

  • Build and maintain robust financial models for corporate planning, budgeting, and cash flow forecasting; perform sensitivity, scenario, and variance analysis to evaluate performance and inform decision-making

  • Create and support monthly executive team reports, board materials & ad-hoc reports

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Cloud, Digital Infrastructure, Accounting, and other teams to ensure Finance model assumptions reflect the latest business inputs

  • Provide analytical support on key projects and ad-hoc initiatives

  • Mentor and train junior staff

You Will Thrive in This Role If

  • MBA, CPA, or CFA designation

  • Experience leading or supporting financial due diligence

  • Experience with financial planning tools (e.g., Aleph, Anaplan, Adaptive, Hyperion) and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Sigma)

  • Client or industry experience in Technology, Data Center Infrastructure, Cloud, or Energy

  • Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or similar field

Compensation Range:

Compensation will be paid in the range of $136,000 - $165,000 + Bonus. Restricted Stock Units are included in all offers. Salary to be determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
