We are currently seeking a Senior Financial Planning & Performance Analyst to join our high‑performing team. The Compliance team supports all Ray‑Mont Logistics sites and employees across North America and acts as a strategic partner to the executive team. Your Work Schedule

• Monday to Friday – 40 hrs

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for the forecasting process across all group entities.

• Update, refine, and continuously improve the company’s financial forecasting model.
• Provide weekly updates to management on expected monthly results, trends, and performance drivers.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual variance analyses comparing actuals to forecasts.
• Enhance monthly reporting packages for executives and financial partners.
• Develop and optimize reporting of key performance indicators aligned with strategic objectives.
• Lead the implementation of the budgeting module within the financial ERP and act as the expert user.

• Act as the main point of contact for the VP of Growth and Finance for all reporting requests and analytical needs.

• Support the VP of Growth and Finance in preparing, analyzing, and structuring financing deals, including financial modelling, due diligence support, and lender‑ready documentation.
• Participate in various ad hoc analyses and special projects as required.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or Business Administration with strong financial and analytical skills
• 8 to 10 years of experience in financial analysis roles, including at least 3 years in a senior capacity
• CPA designation
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced Excel skills
• Experience with financial reporting tools and data visualization platforms
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance & Operations (an asset)
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in both French and English
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a results-driven environment
• Strong attention to detail, adaptability, and a solutions-oriented mindset
• Excellent teamwork skills and ability to build and maintain positive working relationships
• High level of professionalism and integrity
