The Senior Financial Analyst is responsible for analyzing the financial statements, at the program level, reviewing claim forms and funding contracts, and preparing various financial reports required by the funders. They will support senior leaders in forecast modelling for the association and upcoming projects, and are responsible for the preparation of program audit files. The Senior Financial Analyst works closely with senior management in Child and Family Development (CFD) for the preparation of complex funding proposal submissions and mandatory reporting to various funders. In collaboration with the Manager, the Senior Financial Analyst, will establish best practices to ensure adherence to regulatory and YMCA guidelines.Β
