Salary for the candidate will be determined taking into consideration a number of factors including: experience, skills, qualifications, anticipated contribution to role, internal equity, etc. The salary range presented below is based on a 35-hour workweek and would represent a majority of different candidate profiles. However, we encourage candidates who may fall outside of this range to apply as well.

About the role:
The incumbent will serve as a Senior Data Analyst within the Lab team and work closely with the analytics, product, and design squads across our various brands. Through their expertise, curiosity, and proactivity, they will help the Lab achieve its objectives by developing dashboards to track the digital performance of Intactβs mobile products. They will aim to integrate new data sources, implement automation processes, and create new reports. This role will also handle ad hoc analysis requests alongside dashboard development.
What you'll do here:
Develop and optimize custom dashboards using: Power BI (Desktop & Cloud), Power Query, Power Automate, basic SQL, and advanced Excel.
Collect, transform, and visualize multi-source data to provide a clear view of the performance of Intactβs Mobile Products.
Produce ad hoc reports and analyses: Design reports to track the performance of new initiatives and tests. Respond to ad hoc requests.
Ensure data quality and governance: Ensure the quality, compliance, and reliability of data implementation.
Collaborate with product, data, and IT teams to define a single source of truth and shared metrics.
Automate the distribution of reports and datasets to internal/external stakeholders.
What you bring to the table:
College or university degree in a relevant field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Intermediate to expert knowledge of Power BI and Snowflake, with strong curiosity about dashboarding best practices.
Minimum of 3 yearsβ experience creating dashboards across varying complexities and technologies.
Strong analytical skills. Experience with Adobe Analytics / CJA or Google Analytics.
Ability to adapt quickly to a changing environment.
Previous experience in large organizations.
For candidates located in Quebec, bilingualism is required considering the necessity to interact on a regular basis with English-speaking colleagues across the country.Β
No Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada.
