Reporting to the Director, EHG, the Capitalization Table Specialist will be responsible for providing research and financial analysis and evaluation support to Oslerβs national Emerging and High Growth Companies Group, and its clients.
Please note, the successful candidate can reside in Vancouver, Toronto, or the surrounding areas. We are currently working in a hybrid work arrangement, which includes a requirement to work primarily in the office and flexibility to work remotely up to 2 days per week.

This position requires a university degree, preferably in commerce or finance, plus a minimum three years of relevant experience. An applicant working towards a finance related certification is preferred. An equivalent combination of education, training and experience may be acceptable
