Job Description:
OPRHP
plans to implement several projects in parallel and requires a Business Analyst
to assist with requirements gathering for each. The Business Analyst will work
closely with the Project Manager, Program Manager and the Agency lead and may
be assigned to multiple projects. A summary of projects is as follows: Grants
Management System - The grants bureau has been using an out-of-date grants
warehouse to store data related to grants and applicants. This system must
be updated as support is discontinued, and the system is failing. In
addition to a new warehouse, the system must be integrated with grants gateway
application as the Parks team uses the system for grants management. Revenue
Application - This project will redesign and reengineer the current Revenue
Application System at OPRHP using modern and supported hardware and software
platforms, consolidating common system processes, and leveraging automation to
streamline the business processes.
