- Ability to analyze a business
domain (real or hypothetical) and documents its business, processes, or
systems, assessing the business model or its integration with technology
with distinct deliverables to a solution.
<\/li> - Ability to analyze the
stakeholder’s business needs using a variety of business analysis
techniques and converting those into verified and validated functional and
non -functional requirements for development.
<\/li> - Creating and maintaining
software development artifacts for communication of requirements,
including context diagrams, use cases, swim lane diagrams, report specifications,
wireframes, user interface specifications, and non -functional requirements
specifications.
<\/li> - Creating test plans and
test cases and working with users on User Acceptance Testing
<\/li> - Ability to manage
requirements throughout the Requirements Management Lifecycle, including
the creation and execution of a Requirements Management Plan, requirements
traceability, baselines, and requirements change control.
<\/li> - Ability to work closely with application architects and development teams to ensure appropriate technologies are leveraged and solutions are supportable.
<\/div>CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) certification by the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA).

- Bachelor of degree in
computer or any related field.
<\/li> - Minimum of 10+ years’ experience
in the said role.
<\/li> - CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) certification by the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA).
