About the Role
In this hybrid position, youβll be a key member of the Financial Planning & Analysis team, developing sophisticated models and reporting tools that translate complex data into clear, actionable insights. Youβll work cross-functionally to guide leadership in understanding trends, evaluating performance, and driving strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain advanced financial reporting models
Lead monthly reporting processes and variance analysis
Provide detailed profitability analysis across products, customers, and entities
Manage and administer financial reporting systems (EPM, BI tools)
Partner with accounting, finance, and business teams to ensure data accuracy
Develop presentations for senior leadership and board-level review
Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and reporting systems
Support budgeting and forecasting with analytical expertise
deal Candidate Will Have
Bachelorβs degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred)
5+ years of relevant experience in finance, analytics, or accounting
Strong Excel and data modeling skills
Experience with financial systems (e.g., Planful, Hyperion, BPC) and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
Proven ability to deliver insights from data that influence business decisions
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Strong attention to detail, project management, and analytical thinking
