Description

As a Senior Financial Analyst this position partners with the Finance Manager/Director of Finance and Procurement stakeholders to provide analytical support and actionable financial reporting. This role supports the procurement function by analyzing, reconciling, and interpreting financial data to drive informed decision making and business performance.

  • Prepare accurate monthly financial forecasts to support procurement strategies and business planning. Prepare financial analysis for leadership, including variance analysis versus forecast, plan, and prior periods, as well as ad hoc analysis as requested.
  • Support coordination and preparation of the annual procurement budgets in alignment with overall financial objectives. Analyze and report on the financial impact of cost optimization initiatives.Β 
  • Generate and deliver comprehensive financial reports, dashboards, and insights to senior management and key stakeholders. Communicate financial results, risks, and trends clearly to both financial and non-financial audiences.Β 
  • Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and applicable industry regulations. Identify, assess, and help mitigate financial risks related to procurement operations.Β 
  • Lead continuous improvement efforts by identifying and implementing process enhancements to increase efficiency and accuracy within procurement finance function.Β 
  • Perform month-end close activities, including journal entries, account reconciliations, financial statement analysis and provide analytical support to business partners.Β 
  • Prepare ad-hoc reports and participate in special projects or cross-functional teams to evaluate strategic opportunities.Β 
  • Support P&L modeling and cost analysis for new products or initiatives.


Qualifications
  • Bachelors Degree in in finance, business, or accounting required
  • Minimum 5-7 years of related experience. Experience in Procurement and/or Supply Chain Finance preferred
  • Knowledge –Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and analytical conceptsΒ 
  • Knowledge of financial processes; including modeling, control, analysis, reporting and budgeting. Strong analytical, organization and problem-solving skills. Must be results-driven and able to deal with ambiguity and change. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, with experience using complex functions and pivot tables. Skills -Demonstrated critical thinking skills and ability to translate analytics into meaningful insights and strategies. Must possess effective communication and interpersonal skills. Strong communication, organization, problem solving and analytical skills. Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Abilities - Ability to build strong relationships with cross functional business partners and senior leaders. Ability to multi-task and effectively manage priorities

The base pay range for this position is $94,000 to $131,000 annually.Β  Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law.Β  This pay range represents the anticipated salary for this position at this time.
