The IT Business Analyst is a senior, business-facing role responsible for aligning Magnoliaโs business objectives with its enterprise resource planning (ERP) applications. This position serves as a critical liaison between Finance, Accounting, Land, Operations, and the IT organization, ensuring that business requirements are effectively translated into scalable, reliable system solutions.
The IT Business Analyst provides strategic guidance across key platforms, including Oracle EBS Financials and the IFS (formerly P2 Energy Services) Upstream Oil and Gas Accounting, Land, and Production software suites. This role focuses on optimizing system capabilities, supporting application stability, driving continuous improvement, and enabling the business to maximize the value of its technology investments.
The position partners closely with business stakeholders, vendors, and IT leadership to manage enhancements, resolve issues, support upgrades, and strengthen overall application performance and usability.
