Position SummaryΒ
We are seeking a data-driven and strategic Sr. Marketing Analyst to join our Loyalty & Retention Marketing team. In this role, you will be the primary marketing owner of our B2C loyalty program. You will be responsible for shaping campaign strategy, execution, and performance. You will collaborate across marketing channels to ensure loyalty campaigns are effectively integrated and visible, and youβll continuously seek opportunities to enhance the program based on customer insights and performance data.Β
This role is critical in driving customer engagement, increasing retention, and maximizing lifetime value. Youβll work cross-functionally to bring loyalty strategies to life and ensure they are grounded in data and customer feedback.Β

Key ResponsibilitiesΒ
Collaborate on the creation and execution of loyalty campaigns across all channels.Β
Identify and segment key customer audiences for targeted retention efforts.Β
Build and deliver presentations that showcase loyalty campaign plans and performance to key stakeholders, including executive-level audiences.Β
Monitor loyalty program data and analytics and use insights to inform decisions that improve customer retention and loyalty.Β
Design and execute A/B tests to optimize campaign effectiveness.Β
Partner regularly with the Customer Experience (CX) team to review feedback related to the loyalty program to better engage with our customers.Β
Perform other duties as assigned to support loyalty and retention initiatives.Β

QualificationsΒ
4β5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on CRM, loyalty, or retention programs.Β
Bachelor's degree in marketing, digital marketing, communications, or a related field.Β
Experience in email marketing and developing segmented audience strategies preferred.Β
Strong knowledge of loyalty and membership strategies and tactics.Β
Demonstrated ability to make ROI-driven marketing decisions.Β
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple complex projects and priorities.Β
Passion for customer-centric marketing and a deep understanding of the consumer journey.Β
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across teams.Β
