4+ years of hands-on experience managing Salesforce Pardot (MCAE), including platform configuration and campaign execution.Β
Strong understanding of lead lifecycle management, including lead scoring, grading, segmentation, and campaign attribution.Β
Proficient in developing Pardot assets and automation rules, including Engagement Studio programs and segmentation strategies.Β
Familiarity with Salesforce CRM, Pardot-Salesforce sync architecture, and B2B Marketing Analytics (B2BMA).Β
Proven experience maintaining data hygiene, compliance with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and other data privacy regulations.Β
Analytical mindset with experience generating and interpreting insights using Pardot and Salesforce dashboards.Β
Strong communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills with a collaborative approach to cross-functional initiatives.Β
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).Β
