QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
Bachelorβs degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Experience:
3 years of data analytics and visualization experience using Excel, PowerBI, and/or Tableau
Basic knowledge of Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server/Cloud preferred.
Familiarity with SQL and data preparation techniques is a plus.
Strong attention to detail, with the ability to identify trends and inconsistencies in data.
Excellent problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn new technologies.
Effective communication skills to explain insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience with Excel, Google Sheets, or other data tools.
Understanding of data visualization best practices.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop, update, and maintain Tableau dashboards and reports under the guidance of senior team members.
Work with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate requirements into visualizations.
Assist in preparing, cleaning, and validating data from multiple sources for use in Tableau.
Perform quality assurance checks to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of dashboards.
Support ad-hoc reporting requests and data analysis projects.
Document processes, data sources, and dashboard functionality for knowledge sharing.
Collaborate with analysts, developers, and business users to continuously improve reporting capabilities.
Implement best practices and conduct Tableau efficiency audits to prevent strain on datasources.
