Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Technical Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions, leveraging strong analytical skills and technical expertise to deliver impactful business outcomes. This role will work closely with stakeholders across various departments to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and support the implementation of innovative solutions that drive our firm's success. This position will be onsite (with the potential of a hybrid schedule over time) at our office in Roswell, GA.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements for new projects and enhancements to existing systems.
  • Translate complex business needs into clear technical specifications for development teams across various technical solutions: custom development, robotic process automation, Power BI reporting, workflow updates, document templates, etc.
  • Conduct data analysis and process mapping to identify areas of improvement and recommend solutions.
  • Work with IT teams to ensure technical solutions align with business objectives and requirements.
  • Facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Support user acceptance testing (UAT), including test case creation, execution, and bug tracking.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a technical or IT-focused environment.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Proficiency with business analysis tools and methodologies (e.g., UML, BPMN, requirements management tools).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
  • Experience with data analysis, SQL, and reporting tools is a plus.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms, APIs, and system integrations is a plus.
  • Experience in the finance or legal sector is a plus.
