    Administrative Assistant/Data Specialist for Curriculum & Instruction
    REPORTS TO: Director of Curriculum
    SUPERVISES: None
    FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
    COMPENSATION: Begins at $22.25/hr
    WORK CALENDAR: 220 Days
    STANDARD HOURS: 8 Hours/Day, 40 Hours/Week
    CORP STATUS: Classified
    PERF: CPCSC is a Non-PERF District

    EXPECTATIONS
    ? Provide administrative support to the Director of Curriculum, Multilingual Learners (ML) Specialist, and
    instructional leadership.
    ? Support compliance and documentation related to district dyslexia requirements, including maintaining
    records, assisting with scheduling screenings, and supporting communication with families and staff
    ? Assist the ML Specialist with data entry, maintaining records, and tracking program compliance and
    student progress
    ? Oversee the state database for ML student programming and support building staff in troubleshooting
    errors and updating the system
    ? Assist in the coordination and scheduling of curriculum meetings, workshops, and professional
    development events
    ? Support the organization, inventory, and distribution of curriculum materials
    ? Maintain accurate records of curriculum documents, instructional resources, and assessment materials
    ? Provide logistical support for testing and assessment coordination, including documentation, data
    recording, and compliance
    ? Support the management of digital learning platforms, curriculum software, and data systems
    ? Coordinate the ordering and inventory of curriculum materials and textbooks
    ? Track staff participation in professional development activities and maintain required documentation
    ? Update and revise communication for staff and/or district families
    ? Serve as a liaison between schools and the Curriculum Department to facilitate communication and
    support
    ? Assist with budget tracking, purchase orders, and vendor communication related to curriculum
    resources and/or district technology
    ? Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Curriculum

    QUALIFICATIONS:
    ? High school diploma or college degree
    ? Experience in a school setting preferred
    ? Ability to establish and maintain cooperative and effective working relationships with others
    ? Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing
    ? Prioritize the confidentiality of student data and district information
    ? Exhibit a positive attitude that supports all stakeholders and the mission of the district
    ? Demonstrate initiative by recognizing the needs of the job and suggesting ways to improve efficiency
    ? Exhibit job performance improvement through self-assessment, professional development, training,
    and goal setting
    ? Exhibit skills in the use of database management, word processing, spreadsheets, presentations, and
    Google Suite programs
    ? Demonstrate the ability to coordinate multiple projects
    ? Demonstrate effective verbal and written communication skills
