Description

Our Adobe National Business Unit has an opening for an AEM Sr Business Analyst.   This position can work mostly remote with light travel.

Responsibilities
  • Gather, determine and develop user requirements from client to understand the concerns, identify the risk.
  • Document business requirements, may develop and oversee project plans, oversee and coordinate the development of technical specifications, and help enforce change control procedures.
  • Collaborate with developers, project managers, quality assurance, business teams and technical support to provide a mix of business and technical direction on systems, design, development, testing and deployment.
  • Write user stories for AEM Platform Development to include AEM as a Cloud Service.
  • Facilitate functional requirements with AEM and AEM Cloud.
  • Maintains regular client communication and satisfaction, ensuring opportunities and challenges are addressed in a timely manner.
  • Helps deliver presentations to clients and management teams.
  • Translate client’s business needs into detailed business requirements documents, use cases and systems interaction diagrams.
  • Helps to establish critical path, milestones, delivery dates, and review client deliverables to ensure they meet client acceptance criteria.


Qualifications
  • 4+ years as a Business Analyst on at least 2 AEM projects.
  • Experience writing user stories for AEM Platform Development
  • Working knowledge as a BA of AEM 6.5 and/or AEM Cloud as a Service.
  • Experience writing user stories for AEM Platform Development.
  • Experience working with technical teams and clients to address any requirements questions.
  • 5+ years of professional business analyst experience, with strong relationship management, account management, and support experience.
  • 3+ years consulting industry experience working with external clients.
  • Experience working in an Agile environment.
  • Deep understanding of iterative development methodologies.
  • Skilled ability to obtain, understand and respond strategically to client needs.
  • Highly detail oriented, well organized, and able to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Proven track record of delivering on time, on budget, and meeting client commitments.

The salary range for this position takes into consideration a variety of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, level of experience, applicable office location, training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The new hire salary range displays the minimum and maximum salary targets for this position across all US locations, and the range has not been adjusted for any specific state differentials. It is not typical for a candidate to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the unique facts and circumstances regarding each candidate. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range for this position is $140,000 to $155,000.   Please note that the salary range posted reflects the base salary only and does not include benefits or any potential variable compensation programs.
