About the role

We’re looking for a junior finance professional to join our FP&A team. This is a strong entry point for someone eager to build a career in financial planning and analysis.

This is not a routine finance job — every day brings new challenges and learning opportunities. The pace can be intense at first, but it’s a chance to grow fast and gain valuable experience.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Assisting in the preparation of financial forecasts and budgets
• Supporting month-end activities such as journals, variance analysis, and reporting
• Contributing to the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Gather information and provide financial insights though data analysis.
• Helping develop and maintain financial models
• Participating in special analysis projects and presentations

Who you are

• Tertiary qualified in Finance, Accounting or a related field
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting
• Eager to progress your career in financial planning and analysis
• Resilient, proactive, and motivated to succeed in a fast-changing environment
• Skilled in Microsoft Excel, with an analytical mindset
• A team player with strong communication skills
• Committed to a long-term career journey in a large, international organization
