Perfected Claims is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Business Analyst to support the operational efficiency and data management efforts of our Client Operations team. This individual will play a critical role in supporting our data quality, reporting, and communication processes.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, and thrives in a collaborative environment. This position is responsible for preparing and maintaining daily operational reports, managing production and capacity trackers, coordinating client communication lists, supporting data upload and quality control efforts, and contributing to our team’s broader analytical initiatives.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Prepare and distribute daily and weekly operational reports for internal stakeholders.
  • Support regular data uploads and track successful data ingestion into key systems.
  • Perform quality control (QC) checks on uploaded and operational data for accuracy and completeness.
  • Maintain and update production tracking and capacity planning tools.
  • Compile and manage communication distribution lists to ensure accurate outreach to clients.
  • Identify discrepancies and escalate data quality issues appropriately.
  • Assist in preparing operational dashboards and insights to support business decisions.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Business Analyst and cross-functional teams on improvement initiatives.
  • Contribute to SOP documentation and process standardization efforts.
  • Participate in regular team meetings, training, and performance development discussions.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or other relevant area of study.
  • 1+ years of relevant experience in operations, reporting, or administrative data support roles.
  • Proficiency with Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc.) required.
  • Experience working in a legal, healthcare, or client-service setting is a plus.
  • Familiarity with project management, reporting systems, or CRMs is helpful but not required.

Skills and Abilities
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable handling large datasets and repetitive tasks with accuracy.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Willingness to learn and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Basic knowledge of data analysis concepts and tools (Excel proficiency required).
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.


Physical Requirements

  • Frequent need for oral, written and auditory communication.
  • Prolonged periods working on a computer.
  • Ability to sit for long periods of time.
  • Frequent repetitive hand and wrist motions.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced and sometimes stressful services environment.

Salary:Β $70,000 per year
