Job Summary:
Business Analyst is responsible for working with internal and or external customer groups to deliver Information Services projects. Responsibilities include gathering and documenting business/technical requirements, structured analysis, creating process and data flows, developing test plans, executing testing, coordinating tasks and project plans, and supporting customers during system implementation. Assist in maintenance and communication of project status reports and tracking. Serve as a business and process consultant to internal customer groups. Proactively identify opportunities to leverage technical solutions and emerging technologies to facilitate business solutions. Act as a project lead in providing work direction to application development staff. Develop and manage service level agreements. Practices safety conscious behaviors in all processes and procedures.
Job Qualifications:
The Business Analyst position requires a Bachelor Degree, a Masters Degree is preferred. A minimum of 2-5 years experience as a Business Analyst performing the identified responsibilities is required. Airline experience preferred but not required. Full software development life cycle and project management experience required. Strong written and verbal communication skills required. Must be willing to provide on call support as needed. Must be willing to travel as needed. Applicant must be performing satisfactorily in present position.
