Business Analyst

Location:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our Operations team. This early-career opportunity is perfect for someone who thrives on solving problems, streamlining processes, and working collaboratively across departments to drive results. In this role, you will support initiatives that improve operational efficiency, enhance customer and team member experiences, and align business needs with technical solutions.

This is a fully onsite position located at our corporate campus in Phoenix, AZ.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze current business processes and identify gaps and areas for improvement

• Work cross-functionally with business and technical teams to gather, document, and validate requirements

• Translate complex business needs into clear and actionable documentation (e.g., user stories, process maps, workflows)

• Support implementation of process improvements and monitor outcomes

• Perform data analysis to support decision-making and provide meaningful insights

• Assist in project planning and execution, ensuring tasks are completed on time and aligned with business goals

• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at various levels of the organization

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field

• 0–2 years of relevant experience (internships, academic projects, or coursework considered)

• Strong written, verbal, and analytical skills

• Ability to understand and synthesize complex requirements

• Proactive and curious mindset with a focus on continuous improvement

• Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with tools like SQL, PowerBI, or JIRA is a plus
