Job Summary
We are looking for a Technical Solution Analyst to lead the technical solution design and ensure the features delivery meet customer needs and determine feasibility.
The Technical Solution Analyst in DerbySoft PaaS department is responsible for providing software requirements to the different implementation teams (software and QA engineers) in cooperation with our solution engineering and/or the client (business) on one hand, and with the platform services team on the other.
What will you do?
Responsible for the technical requirement analysis, cooperating with DerbySoft business teams for clarifying customer’s business requirements, managing the customer’s expectation and ensuring the technical solution meets customer’s needs.
Responsible for building software requirements from existing software via reverse engineering in cooperation with the development team.
Deliver the detailed design document to the engineering team for development and QA, as the requirement owner to clarify the expectation from customers.
Responsible for the function acceptance, working closely with the QA engineering team to deliver the features with high quality.
Manage the technical risks and evaluate technical feasibility, leading and driving the internal stakeholders to determine acceptable solutions.
Responsible for the alignment between business teams and engineering teams for the technical solutions.
What do we need?
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT or Computer Science.
Minimum 3 years of working experience as a software engineer / QA engineer
Minimum 3 years of working experience as a functional analyst, solutions conceptualization and design (UML, UI, DB, middleware).
Minimum 3 years of working experience on requirements engineering, technical writing, with exceptional attention to detail.
Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate at all levels within internal and external customers
Previous experience working for Hospitality Software Company or Online Travel Agency is a plus.
