e&e is seeking a Business for a hybrid contract opportunity in Harrisburg, PA!

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Business Analyst to support the Information Technology Customer and Business Solutions (CBS) team. This role is essential for maintaining and enhancing existing infrastructure and applications, developing new solutions, and supporting key business initiatives through data-driven insights and analytics. The ideal candidate brings at least five years of experience in business analysis, particularly in projects involving Data Analytics, Dashboarding, and GIS, with the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate meetings with business stakeholders to gather and clarify requirements.
• Develop visual models and documentation to support project understanding and scope.
• Identify, define, and validate key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure appropriate data visualization.
• Collaborate with business owners and analysts to refine and define project scope.
• Perform project coordination and planning during the requirement gathering phases.
• Manage and maintain project artifacts and records in Azure DevOps.
• Coordinate with QA teams, vendors, and internal staff to ensure successful project execution.
• Act as a liaison between business units, IT teams, and external partners.
• Ensure documentation and communication are clear, audience-appropriate, and aligned with standards.
• Deliver work products in compliance with internal project management and business analysis frameworks.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst on various project sizes and subjects.
• Strong background in data analytics, dashboarding, and GIS.
• Demonstrated experience with visual modeling and stakeholder facilitation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and multitasking skills.
• Proven ability to prioritize and deliver multiple tasks under tight deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

• Data visualization tools (QlikView, Qlik Sense)
• GIS platforms (ArcGIS)
• SAP modules (BW, FI, LO, HCM, SRM) and SAP S/4 HANA migration experience
• Azure DevOps for project lifecycle tracking
• Agile Assets
• Experience with ServiceNow (Idea, Project, Incident, Problem, Change, and Demand modules)
