Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Contract Business Analyst with a strong front-end focus to support product and development teams through requirements gathering, wireframing, and user interface design. This role is ideal for someone who can bridge the gap between business needs and user experience by translating requirements into clear, actionable mockups using tools like Balsamiq.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business and user requirements
• Translate requirements into low-fidelity wireframes and mockups using Balsamiq
• Create user flows, screen layouts, and interactive prototypes to guide development
• Partner with product managers and developers to refine UI/UX solutions
• Iterate on designs based on stakeholder and user feedback
• Ensure designs align with usability best practices and business goals
• Support backlog creation by converting designs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (standups, sprint planning, reviews)
• Assist with front-end validation and ensure delivered features match approved mockups

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, UI/UX Analyst, or similar role (6+ years preferred)
• Strong experience creating wireframes and mockups using Balsamiq (required)
• Solid understanding of front-end principles (UI/UX, responsive design, usability)
• Experience translating business requirements into visual design artifacts
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments
• Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
