Title: Business Analyst

Location: Alameda, CA

Duration: 12 Month Assignment

100% Onsite

Key responsibility will be to analyze existing processes to identify areas of improvement. Ability to understand and identify gaps and create procedures

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Ability to understand and identify gaps and create procedures.
• Perform gap analysis, data analysis, process modeling.
• Ability to use Excel, create PowerPoint presentations, and process flows good communication skills to build relationships with stakeholders for small projects Can work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Creating process flow diagrams using Visio or other tools.
• Excellent written and oral communication, self-motivated and ability to drive the projects

Nice to have skills, not required:

Understanding of the Salesforce application.
