Responsibilities:
ā Analyze business process and practice in an effort to focus the design and implementation of information technology solutions that meet customer needs and business initiative;
ā Collaborate on an on-going basis with the Programmer / Analysts;
ā Apply analytical skills within functional area;
ā Consult frequently with technical and non-technical team members to ensure a complete understanding of their needs and concerns;
ā Create deliverables such as functional and Technical requirements, use case scenarios and process flows;
ā Assist in the execution / analysis of performance testing;
ā Ensure product meets business and technical requirements as well as all company standards;
ā Create training manuals and facilitate training for the system users;
ā Communicate effectively with all team members, project sponsors and stakeholders both technical and non-technical.
Requirements:
ā Experience as a Technical Business Analyst (2+ years);
ā Experience writing requirements, use cases and process flow;
ā Experience with development / implementation of Identity Access Management system (2-3 years);
ā Good organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail.
