Notes 9/8: Preference is for local to Chicago IL (local candidates will be considered first). Open to 100% remote candidates (must work CST hours). This is a technical BA / BSA with hands-on experience with contact center applications and development teams. Required: Must have contact center application experience. Must have SQL query experience and be able to comb through databases. Preferred: Airline industry experience is nice to have, not required. No requirement for a bachelor’s degree. The candidate that is going to get the job is going to come from a major airline and have an aptitude for contact center applications as a technical BA / BSA. This is NOT a product owner role. Requirements: · Collaborate with Product Owners on roadmap planning and prioritization · Convert roadmap features into smaller user stories · Write clear and well-structured business requirements/documents · Help design, document and maintain system processes · Communicate and validate requirements with relevant stakeholders · Identify cross-functional needs and coordinate with different teams to produce better business outcomes · Timely manage team's Jira board, updating, adding, and moving tasks as needed · Assist with project coordination for selected projects · Assist testing newly implemented features following business processes prior to release · Analyze process issues and bottlenecks and to make improvements · Develop and maintain reporting business applications Skills and qualifications: · 3 - 5 years of previous experience in Business / Systems Analysis or Quality Assurance · A degree or certificate in IT / Computer Science · Proven experience in eliciting requirements and testing · Strong knowledge in generating process documentation · Strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills · Basic experience in writing SQL queries · Experience in analyzing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data visualization techniques and tools
