Compensation
At S&C, we are dedicated to providing competitive and equitable compensation for all our team members, and we are committed to transparency in our pay practices. The estimated annual base salary range for this position is $78,870 - $103,191. Individual pay within this salary range is determined by several compensable factors, including performance, knowledge, job-related skills and experience, and relevant education or training. This role is also eligible for S&C’s annual incentive plan (AIP), subject to eligibility criteria.

In this Associate HR Business Partner (HRBP) role, you will join a team of HRBP sin supporting the implementation of various HR programs, providing human resource services to team members, and partnering with leadership on human resource-related issues. Payroll & Time and Attendance Focus:
- Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for ADP payroll systems (e.g., ADP Workforce Now, ADP Enterprise V6, ADP Celergo) and
- ADP Workforce Manager.
- Support payroll operations and time tracking across multiple manufacturing sites in North America.
- Collaborate with internal teams and ADP to troubleshoot issues, implement enhancements, and ensure system integrity.
- Support time and attendance compliance with federal, state/provincial, and local labor laws across the U.S., Canada, and Mexico.
