Job Summary
The Sales Operations Business Analyst is responsible for understanding the Mountain America Member Service strategy, goals, and goal results. This position uses data analysis techniques to understand trends, patterns, and insights that drives decision-making regarding goal strategy and incentive plan performance and effectiveness. In addition, the Sales Operations Business Analyst analyzes current trends and business processes, systems, and data to pinpoint issues and areas where improvements can be made. This role partners with the Data Analytics team to present information and recommendations to the Member Service leadership team as an input into the incentive plan creation each year.

- Conducts thorough requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to understand business needs and objectives.
- Translates business requirements into clear and detailed documentation for cross-functional teams.
- Collaborates with various departments to ensure accurate and comprehensive requirement specifications and to align business goals with data insights and process enhancements.
- Prioritizes requirements based on business impact and feasibility.
- Partners with the Data Analytics team to develop and maintain sales analytics reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights that support data-driven decision-making for the sales and executive leadership teams.
- Creates interactive data visualizations that allow business stakeholders to make data driven decisions to adjust to performance and market trends.
- Develops and runs forecasting models to provide business leaders with accurate sales performance outcomes and projections.
- Presents and delivers valuable insights from the incentive plans to Member Service executives and other team members to drive action planning.
- Reviews and audits sales incentive plans for quality assurance and ensures effectiveness and ROI on sales campaigns.
- Implement and maintain sales incentive monitoring and audit mechanisms to ensure data integrity, compliance, and risk mitigation.
- Facilitates communication between business and technical teams to align on project goals and deliverables.
- Ensure that documentation is updated and maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide support and clarification on requirements to team members as needed.

Education and Experience
- Typically requires minimum of 4 years of business analysis or related experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
