We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with 8+ years of experience and strong expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud and Zuora. The candidate will gather and analyze business requirements, work closely with stakeholders and technical teams, support system enhancements, and ensure successful delivery of solutions related to customer service and billing systems.

Required Skills:

• Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud
• Experience with Zuora Billing
• Strong requirement gathering and documentation skills
• Experience working with cross-functional teams
