Outcomes
What must this role achieve in a measurable way in its first year?
· Conduct comprehensive supply chain process analysis and identify at least 5 key inefficiencies and opportunities for transformation within 3 months.
· Gather and document full business requirements from all core supply chain functions (procurement, logistics, manufacturing, distribution) for at least 2 major transformation projects within 6 months.
· Deliver detailed “as-is” and “to-be” process documentation and gap analyses for at least 2 areas by end of the second quarter.
· Design and implement at least 3 new KPIs/dashboards that track supply chain performance and transformation progress within 4 months.
· Support a successful digital system rollout (e.g., ERP or analytics) by ensuring all data migration, validation, and user acceptance testing are completed on time and with >98% data accuracy.
· Facilitate 2 or more cross-functional workshops or trainings on supply chain process changes and data utilization within 6 months.
· Maintain clear and regular progress communication to at least 90% of identified stakeholders, ensuring alignment and engagement throughout project delivery.

· Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field (Master’s, MBA, or certifications a plus)
· 3–5 years relevant experience in supply chain analysis, transformation, or ERP implementation
· Proven use of data analysis, documentation, and process improvement methods/tools
