聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Requirements, plan, and related artifacts for developing and implementing solution for improving PMO operations and practices.

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Clarity PPM configurations and updates in support of solution.

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Metrics that can be applied across the enterprise to identify issues and challenges associated with health of each project.

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Standard and customized Clarity PPM reports.

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Requirements specification training plan and materials for the community.

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Provide training support Responsibilities.

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Serve as system administrator of Clarity PPM system.

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Manages the Clarity PPM suite by working with stakeholders to develop the requirements and establish technical documentation.

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Capture, develop and implement changes to the Clarity PPM platform.

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Customize the Clarity tool as necessary.

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Troubleshoots system problems and implement bug fixes as necessary.

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Provide helpdesk support for users of the system.

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Develop reports and dashboards as requested for IT project review meetings.

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Interviews customers and different stakeholders to elicit requirements.

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Analyzes customer requirements and translates them into system requirements.

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Documents fine grain system requirements and tracks requirements to implementation.

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Manage the SharePoint site by working with the community to develop different collaboration sites.

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Capture business process documentations by working closely with different stakeholders.

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Develop rich excel workbook frameworks to manage budgets and other financial related activities.

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Document gaps and opportunities for improving IT PMO operations.

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Establish the requirements for PMO improvements and standardization.

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Capture key metrics associated with the project.

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Develop communication and training materials.

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Establish a common repository to track and monitor incoming IT requests.

聽聽聽聽聽Lead training sessions to include developing training materials, videos in support of all IT standardization and improvement initiatives.

聽 聽 聽聽Support the CIO organization by developing presentation and executive documentations that highlights key metrics, findings, and status progress on key projects and programs.
