9-12 Years of Exp as a Business Analyst.Engage regularly with Wealth Management business stakeholders (advisors, product teams, operations, compliance) to understand business needs, challenges, and regulatory requirements.
Analyze current business processes related to client onboarding, portfolio management, reporting, advisory services, and operational workflows.
Facilitate requirement-gathering sessions, workshops, and walkthroughs to capture detailed business needs.
Translate business needs into clear, structured functional requirements and user stories for technology and delivery teams.
Document business processes, workflows, data flows, and target-state operating models.

Work closely with technology teams to clarify requirements, answer questions, and ensure shared understanding throughout development.

Support prioritization of requirements based on business value, regulatory impact, and delivery timelines.

Act as a bridge between Wealth Management business teams and IT, ensuring solutions meet business expectations.

Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, demos, and retrospectives.

Validate delivered functionality through requirement walkthroughs, user acceptance testing (UAT) support, and defect triage.

Ensure solutions comply with internal controls, regulatory guidelines, and risk management standards.

Assist with change management activities, including impact assessments, training material review, and release communications.

Provide ongoing support post-implementation to ensure business adoption and issue resolution.
